TWO MONTHS

Dear Mr. B,

You turned TWO months old on December 15th. You have grown so much this past month. Just look at those cheeks! You had your first Thanksgiving this past month. I am not sure you were put down at all that day because you were being loved on! Unfortunately, at 5 weeks old your snoring became too much for your mama to handle. Yup, you were kicked out of our bedroom and placed in your crib! You weren't quite sure of this vast amount of space so we rolled up blankets  on both sides of you to make you feel secure. I am sure this is a no no but it worked. You also sleep with blankets. What can I say, we are rule breakers around here! 

Your favorite thing is still the bath. You kick your feet and chat it up. You are very talkative these days. You hung out with Nana and Grandpa while Mom and Dad went to a work party. Before bed, you had a 7 oz bottle. Therefore, your other love is FOOD! You smile all day long at mom and dad and focus on our faces so much more! 

You despise bedtime. Period. Most night you won't go down until 10 or 10:30 but we are working on our routine. You only wake up once at night and tend to go 6 hour stretches. Once I realized turning the lights on at night was a bad move, you decided to stop staying up after your 2:30 AM nursing. Thank goodness! You still do not want anything to do with tummy time. We continue to work on that 5 min at a time too! 

You had your two month check up with Dr. Ban. You are 13 lb 6 oz and 24 inches long! Please stop growing so fast! You also had your first round of shots. You did AMAZING! You cried for 30 seconds and didn't shed one tear. You weren't even fussy the days following. What a big boy!

You are just the cutest little man I know. We are so filled with joy to have you in our lives. The lack of sleep and stressful moments are nothing compared to those smiles and cuddles. Thank you for being so happy and loving us as much as we adore and love you!
